Peg and I had a similar experience last week. If you check out hackmd there is a document called

MMT btc pay - week Y-M-D MASTER DOC

which contains most of the information that is required. The idea being is that this is like the master copy for a photocopier (remember those?).

You can find the master document by going to last weeks payment document and it is linked at the top of the document as Master Doc
