12tone's great. They also did a fun analysis about rhythmic perception in rap: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LgtXINpf6w Analyzing popular music is quite fun and edifying, and hopefully makes music theory more accessible and interesting.

Personally, I've started music lessons again after a long hiatus, but not with someone who plays my instrument. It's been extremely rewarding to start to get a bit of harmony under my fingers and to have to bridge the gap from the theory to the playing.
