Inviting alpha testers for Manyverse desktop

👋 Hey all! @Powersource (phone) and I have been building this for a year now, and #Manyverse for desktop is finally "ready"! 😱 Before releasing it to the world wide web it would be good to catch some bugs, gather feedback on important things to polish, etc.

Mostly what I'm looking for is whether the app works smoothly on Windows, macOS and non-Debian Linuxes. I tested on Windows and macOS but just quickly. My main desktop is a Debian derivative so I've tested Manyverse desktop there extensively.
