We haven’t figured details but Planetary will be offering help with transportation and related costs for folks wanting to attend. We’ve done this for the last couple dweb camps and scuttlecamp. It should help the event be more inclusive.

@elavoie I'm looking to buy tickets and I'm wondering if you have more detailed plans already? At least for friday and monday :)

@elavoie I'm mostly interested if I need to arrive thursday evening and have an extra stay or if I can arrive friday morning. Similar with monday, at what time does it end? I probably would prefer going home around 6 in the evening on sunday to be honest.

Are there any plans to make this official enough that I could get my university to cover expenses? In the previous iteration, we had some scheduled talks/presentations for that purpose, and a small website (I'd love to show my supervisor something more than some manyverse screenshots).
