@dpc yes, that is definitely a trade-off.

But I know of no crypto solutions that can avoid this and not share a private key between devices. We want to avoid the case where one device getting compromised causes you to lose control of all of your devices/identities.

Can anyone think of possible exploits/abuse given that you know which device someone is posting from?
