I think I understand where you are coming from now about other people being able to change the way your personal profile appears.

Does that mean you are not in support of displaying the names people you follow call someone on their profile?

One of the big features in the upcoming Patchwork 3.8 release (in addition to blocking) is that only names that your friends assign to someone will show on the profile, not just random strangers. Also the FOAF is being reduced down to 2 (meaning that Patchwork will no longer download the feeds of complete strangers - you now have to follow someone that follows them directly).

I am very keen to discuss this with you further, and re-submit a proposal if necessary!
