for sure, HMU with questions or pull-requests. My preference would be to reveal identities on hover of the likes ticks.
If thats not your vibe this would be a good candidate for adding a settings page @tim and supporting both approaches!

That was in fact my original vibe too so I was surprised to find I liked the "display by default" option in practice - at least with the limited conversations and limited number of likes so far.

I definitely want to make this behaviour as user configurable as possible and a settings page sounds like a great idea. Thanks!
