As for my programming skills, I think I'll need to brush up on my Rust to be able to become an active participant. I am always jazzed to hear about new attempts to implement ssb in different languages, as every additional implementation helps clarify the scuttlebutt protocol.

Do you mind if I ask where you received funding from? You mention sponsors, but I seem to have missed who the original sponsor is. I don't often find money, so I'm curious where you found it.
