I updated the proposal, incorporating feedback and adding more to the abstract. I also started on an outline for the slides. %LRGVjp+....

@lxoliva I feel like if git-ssb is mentioned in the Summary, other SSB apps should be mentioned too. But I added "code" before collaboration, to hint at it.

I think the proposal might be close to ready. Maybe could use a more creative title though.
