Proposal: Work on a UBI-like system where people get paid their weekly rate even if their hours vary or they are off sick for a little while. Allow individuals to request changes, such as pausing payments for a time or changing their committed capacity (days per week) as needed. Make confirming payments a standing agenda item on our team calls (alongside confirming who will make the payments that week). Revisit this topic as the project evolves and we learn more.

The allowance/ability for people to autonomously swap their days with eachother... e.g. if Kieran wants to drop some days, Peg or Dan should be able to pick them up if they want. If the association has an alotment of 11 days per week, this can be mixed and matched amongst humans as agreed between parties.
