git-ssb v2.0.0 released

Merged collaborate feature: updates from all feeds are now taken into account when computing a repo's state. This means that you can push to anyone's repo, and anyone who replicates your feed will see the update. This subjects commit access / project maintainership to social convention and the follow graph.

There are also some bugs fixed relating to this feature, so if you were trying it out earlier and had trouble, it should work better now.
