Diff of README.md since a7471b627ea57d0a21ed90814501993e9d28e8dc shows --registry=http://localhost:8043/ added to the npm install arguments, and ssb-npm-registry added as a plugin requirement. I think it should be changed to use the ssb-npm command instead. But for the purposes of this issue I think it is good enough.

Are you still seeing npm/ssb-npm picking an older version when installing git-ssb-web from ssb-npm?
