Emergency update for macOS and iOS to close vulnerabilities

Don't know how many people use macOS and iPhone here, maybe I'm the only one, but Apple issued macOS and iOS update today to close the vulnerabilities exploited by the NSO Group and their Pegasus spyware. It is an emergency update and people are advised to update ASAP.

I also got a watchOS update today, might be unrelated.
