ssb-publishguard

This is a generalized post publish previewer. It runs as an sbot plugin and wraps the publish and private.publish functions so that the trigger opening a browser window to confirm publishing the post. So this can work with any ssb client.

@masukomi i'm not on a mac but that's nice. you can configure the ssb-publishguard plugin with ssb config {"publishguard": {"browser": "..."}} to specify what program it should launch to show the confirm page. it just has to be able to handle the html form submission so that the plugin gets back the user response
