@Jeremy List Nicely done!

I have it on my mind that my next car will be electric. My current one is certainly getting on in age. I haven't decided which.

I saw my first VW ID Buzz in the wild a few days ago. I'm sort of here for it?

My challenge is that I tend to make day trips up to the Adirondacks, which takes me just to a distance where I would require charging while I'm out hiking/paddling/etc., and that's generally not an option at the trailheads. The solution is obviously to move closer to the mountains.

@IBob That works too! We'll have to wait and see if I go that way when the time comes, but the programmer in my has immense fear at the thought of maintaining two systems of propulsion instead of just one.

I do appreciate how the vast majority of my driving is just around town and can be done on a charge of a modest plug-in hybrid.

The vehicle needs a lot more juice than his house, so he's making a very large upgrade to the solar panels. @IBob
