The neat thing about the "Copy Message Text" approach is that you 100% are using an existing content reference which means you're just pointing to already existing data. You're just adding a link to something from your feed. My understanding is that this data object does not then get reproduced, rather refereced. So we get an abundance and proliferation without the replication of the data storage ...
