yes please!! I would love something like Loomio on here. Loomio is a very focused sort of pole explicitly for making clear decisions - it's meant to surface difference and encourage discourse and adaptation, not polarisation.

If you copied that format, the design part would be mostly done (and I can easily detail it, because I helped make loomio).

In terms of architecture it would touch a good amount of things. I think you could learn a lot from following the work done in patch-gatherings (though I think we've learnt some and this would be a great chance to iterate a little).
