@mixxx and i just discussed the difference between "nested reply" and "forks", based on my feelings without catching up on the latest gossip here.

in the "nested reply", you want to post within the current conversation context in reply to a specific post.

in the "fork", you want to create a new conversation context, based on inspiration from a specific post. an example of this is the "like or not to like" thread.
