Patchwork v3.10.1 released with important bug fixes!

This release contains 2 important bug fixes 🐛🕷🚧

• private message notifications for replies are now working again
• the feeds of "time travellers" are now replicated! (some people weren't getting their feeds replicated due to an incorrectly set system clock -- this has been fixed by updating to the latest scuttlebot which no longer requires message feed timestamps to be ever increasing)

Some small enhancements too ✨

• the max width for messages is now 800px instead of 700px
• some styling improvements/fixes

I'm currently using MD5 (I know!) for the ssb-patchwork integrity check on Arch Linux, but if you post the digest of the tarball I can switch over to SHA512 to make it super easy. Alternative, I remember that there was an issue about PGP signing releases, so that's an option too.

hey @matt how did you bump ssb-validate - did you manually install it or has someone gone through the stack and updated sbot?

@mix I ran npm update --depth 3 and that seemed to update it!

Sorry I missedthat @arj - I think I asked about what the plan for updating things was but didn't see a reply (to be fair I had my filters set to show only root messages so my notifications were fucked for a few days !)
