local peers

this is a rush job - needed for some #dark-crystal workshops/ testing. Anyway, it's about time....

This is in patchbay master branch now.

I also finally seperated out the connection status and the menu thing in the top right.

• connection, shown as little person in image, has 3 states (with tooltips!)
  • localPeer : there's someone nearby, click to be taken to the /network page for more info!
  • stable : everything is fine. blinks fuchsia when a message is received
  • error : when we lose connection to sbot, a big red
• menu ... just a menu. Now with more fuchsia

phew this has been on my todo list for ages. There's room for improvement still too ... like showing if you're in "offline" mode

@mixmix I thought it was a bug that was local to my system that the main post is black and the links are unreadable. Is that.. on purpose? Any insights as to why?

This is one of those embarassingly simple things that should have been built a year ago ... D: Sometimes it's hard building things which are obious for some reason. Glad it's useful @craigo , thanks for the feedback.

So cool when I saw the "O" change to a when I fired up Manyverse on the same WiFi; then go back to a "O" when I turned off the wifi on my phone!!
